We’re seeking a multitasking super star to assist our Shared Services team 20 hours a week across 4 days.

Based at our trendy Subiaco office, the role will be varied and fast paced at times. You must be able to think on your feet.

Key responsibilities

  • Daily administration
  • Back up to reception – 2nd in line on phone tree and lunch cover
  • Maintain detailed excel spreadsheets, procedure documents and registers
  • Industry membership and event coordination
  • Support Shared Services Manager (SSM) in marketing and communications activities including social media management
  • Support SSM with IT coordination
  • Support team leaders in uploading tender submissions
  • Office supplier and contractor coordination and job costing

You must have

  • At least 3yrs experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate – advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Indesign
  • Exposure to Microsoft Project is a bonus but not essential
  • Ability to prioritise work and multi-task
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong and confident communication skills including phone manner
