It’s an exciting time at Emerge as we strengthen our core service areas with new employees and promote longstanding employees into new lead positions.
We are very proud to announce the promotions of two hard working individuals within the Environmental Group. As at July one, Rachel Evans and Robin Anderson progressed into Team Leader roles for their respective speciality. Rachel takes up Team Leader – Hydrology and Robin, Team Leader – Contaminated Land and Acid Sulfate Soils.
Both Rachel and Robin have been at Emerge for over five years and have progressively advanced their careers and capabilities during this time.
Rachel Evans is an accomplished Hydrologist with ten years + experience providing innovative water management solutions to her clients. She has recently been recognised by her peers becoming President Elect for the WA Branch of the Australian Water Association. We look forward to seeing Rachel thrive in this new role.
Robin Anderson has over ten years’ experience in contaminated land assessment and management, acid sulfate soil investigation and management and environmental field monitoring. Robin routinely guides Emerge projects through the audit process associated with the Contaminated Sites Act 2013 and has an in-depth working knowledge of the National Environment Protection (Assessment of Site Contamination) Measure. He enjoys mentoring junior staff and will provide a calm and steady hand to the team in this lead role.
These role progressions have freed up two of our Principal consultants, formerly Team Leaders, David Coremans and Simon Gregg. David and Simon have been appointed Directors and will take a more strategic, client focused, hands on, role within our business. We are excited that these changes will better enable Emerge to evolve and grow.
Congratulations to all!
Robin Anderson, Team Lead – Contaminated Land and Acid Sulfate Soils and Rachel Evans, Team Lead – Hydrology
