Emerge have provided services to Amberton over the last decade and we are very proud to have contributed to such a wonderful coastal community. The Amberton project has benefited from many of our inhouse service teams including Landscape Architecture, Environmental Planning and Management, Hydrology, and Ecology. Our inputs include open space planning, concept design, tendering and contract administration delivery, hydrology and water use planning, foreshore design and revegetation, environmental planning and gaining all requisite environmental coastal approvals to bring the projects foreshore precinct to life.

Emerges Landscape Architecture team has been directly involved with the Banksia Grove project since its inception in 2004. The development has altered radically from a disconnected fringing social housing project to the integrated, connected, vibrant and well serviced, diverse residential community it is today. The open space network and key streetscape outcomes are a critical part of this community’s success This remarkable transformation is testament to the client and teams strength of vision and long term commitment – we are very proud to have been part of this community’s life changing evolution over the last 17 years.

Emerges Landscape Architecture team have contributed to the LSP amendment and initial stages since 2018. As an inner ring urban infill project, only 11km from the CBD and immediately adjacent a community sensitive remnant wetland, the landscape response was designed in harmony with the site’s cultural heritage and natural environment. Over 30% of the site has been dedicated as public open space with preserved trees and bushland. We are proud to have assisted the Department of Communities in bringing affordable living with well serviced landscape and public open space amenity to the city’s doorstep.
